I need to be home during service on my
home?
No, Aqua Force uses equipment that is
gasoline-operated and truck-mounted. We
need access only to your outdoor water
supply.
- How
do I know which services are right for
me?
At Aqua Force, we have developed a suite
of annual service packages that meet the
ongoing exterior cleaning needs of the
majority of our clients. However, we are
happy to develop a custom plan tailored
just for your needs.
- Can
pressure washing damage my home or landscape?
Yes, even in the hands of someone with
experience and training, a pressure washer
can cause considerable damage. That's
why Aqua Force uses only a low-pressure
chemical wash for residential and commercial
structures. Our chemicals remove mold,
mildew, algae, and dirt without the risk
of compromising the integrity of your
structure.
- How
often should I have my home washed?
We have found that a properly executed house wash will last at least two years. This of course varies, depending on the environment and results can and do last even longer. Generally, it's a good idea to have your home washed once every two years to prevent the possibility of mold, mildew, or algae regaining a foothold and re-appearing on your home.
- When
you clean my gutters, will the ladder
damage my gutters?
Aqua Force uses ladder stabilizers (also
called a stand-off) that rest on your
roof, not your gutter, preventing the
"crush" damage often seen on
gutters. Thanks to our advanced Gutter
Jetting process, we often do not even
need to use a ladder. Ladders are mostly
used to inspect your gutter system or
make repairs.
- How
often should gutters be cleaned?
This varies, depending on the environment.
Generally, it's a good idea to have this
done 2-5 times per year. At a minimum,
you should have your gutters inspected
and cleaned in the spring, to clear out
dead twigs and seeds that accumulate at
the beginning of the growing season; and
again in the autumn, after the leaves
fall.
- What
forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer PayPal invoicing, which allows you to pay with your
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or checking/savings account. We can also accept checks or cash. We
will never ask you for your credit card
number!
